Data about the customers of Polished Analytics Inc. is only stored in so far as it is necessary to complete subscription purchases, provide licenses, renew subscriptions and provide customer support. We do not store customer information on our own servers. This information is stored by established e-commerce and customer service platforms that we chose to use. These companies have stringent privacy and data protection measures in place; their processes are also fully compliant with the strict European General Data Protection Regulations.

E-mail addresses of customers are stored to provide and renew subscriptions and for the purposes of customer service; we do not use the addresses for marketing purposes, unless we obtain explicit consent.

Payment information like credit card numbers may be stored to facilitate subscription renewals. Nobody at Polished Analytics Inc. has access to this information. Customers are able to modify or delete payment information.
